Thank God

I watch as the horses run,

in the early morning sun.

I gaze at the clear blue sky,

not having a care or an "I wonder why?"

I feel the wind as it gently blows,

and the streams as they peacefully flow.

I hear the songs that birds sing,

or the eagle as he spreads his wings.

I hear the wolf as he howls at the moon,

knowing that my Lord is coming soon.

I thank God to see the horses that run,

I thank God for letting me see a clear blue sky,

not having a care or an "I wonder why?"

I thank God I can feel the wind that blows,

and hear the streams as they peacefully flow.

I thank God that I can see the eagle, as he spreads his wings.

I thank God for all of these things.
